When for a lovely happy hour special with a friend. Let me start by saying, I really love the ambiance of this restaurant. It was very open & chic. They also have a chef's bar to sit at. We ordered the edamame and a couple of Shashimi plates to sample. All was very flavorful. My sushi roll of choice was Philadelphia roll. Overall, this place was such a a treat & I will be back.

Excellent service from start to finish! Upon entering, we were cheerfully greeted and seated by hostess Susi. We chose the outdoor patio seating as the weather was perfect. Our server Elise confidently handled multiple questions regarding menu items (seeking the spicier options). The XXX roll hit the spot, and the Firecracker roll which could use more heat ("Firecracker"). We caved and had a bottle of Momo Kawa sake. Once a regular DTC haven my serial-dating days, it is now a regular go-to when in town with colleagues. Excellent service, food, pleasant outdoor seating as well as intimate indoor ambiance make it my repeat sushi option in the DTC.

Modern Americanized Japanese restaurant. Great service. Food is pretty good. Fried daikon is very good. Sushi is OK quality. Tips: ladies room entrance should be push to open. Sign says pull from inside but the door is pretty clear.

Who can say no to good sushi? I know I can't! They are located right in the Landmark Plaza. The service and ambiance were great! They offered a huge variety and the sashimi pieces melted in your mouth. I loved their surf&turf roll, dragon roll, fresh eel and grilled scallops nigiri. The nigiri just melts in your mouth! Other than the amazing sushi, they also have sake flights! They let you choose 4. And depending on which ones you want to try, it could be from $19 to $25. Hapa is a little bit on the pricey side but it is worth the splurge for good sushi and sake!
